  We are all striving to be our best selves, even when faced with change, stress, trauma, loss, or conflict. Sometimes, these stressors make it challenging to know who we truly are, or to navigate through life’s difficult situations. Many of the clients who come to my practice are struggling with doubts about their self-worth, resilience, and ability to break free from old patterns. They have lost the confidence to live the life they choose, whether it's related to work, school, or creative pursuits. Sometimes, they are questioning whether they can connect with others, deal with issues like perfectionism or people-pleasing, and have lost  confidence in their ability to stay focused and achieve their goals, stand up for themselves, and feel heard and respected.

Over the last 25 years I have worked across diverse mental health settings, including community mental health centers, hospitals/academic health care, and the private sector.  I believe that clients are the expert on their own experience, and my role as a therapist is to help them clarify who they are, who they want to be, and how to get there. 

Reaching out can be hard, whether you're facing a difficult life event or feeling stuck in your journey. Therapy offers a safe space to express your true self. I specialize in individual therapy, supporting those who are navigating life transitions, dealing with burnout, anxiety, peer pressure, depression, daily stress, the transition to adulthood and relationship challenges.  Please reach out.
